This or That? Game:

Each card presents two spring-themed options, and students move to one side of the room to show their choice. It’s simple to run, needs no prep beyond pulling up the slides or printing the cards, and works with any class size. Students love it because it feels like a game, and you’ll love it because it’s actually building writing skills.

Opinion Writing Worksheets:

Each of the 20 choice cards has a matching writing worksheet where students write their opinion and back it up with three supporting reasons. The blank template gives you flexibility to use this same structure with any other Would You Rather? questions you come up with on your own.

This activity works well as an introduction to an opinion writing unit, a brain break after testing, a party activity before spring break, or an ice breaker when students return from break.
