Task Cards
Students use their inchworm ruler to measure items on the task cards - length, height, or width. They will need to understand the terms: long, tall, and wide. The inchworm rulers have 6 colored segments. Each segment is an actual inch and do not include markings for smaller increments. This allows the student to focus on just the inch unit.
 
Guess & Check Worksheets
There are 2 different worksheets: one for measuring height and one for length. Each worksheet has four different line segments. Students record their estimates and then measure to check.
