🔵 WHAT YOU GET WITH THIS RESOURCE:

This set of schedule cards has everything you need to easily create an eye-catching visual classroom schedule that lets students know what's happening throughout the school day.

They are provided in both editable and print-and-use formats:

Print-and-Write Daily Schedule Cards

These are pre-made cards with non-editable headings in PDF format. You can print them out and then write the times in yourself. This version is useful if you want to reuse the same cards year after year. You can laminate the cards and write the times using dry erase marker.

Includes 33 cards with headings, plus 6 without that can add your own headings to if needed.

Editable Classroom Schedule Cards (Editable Times Only)

This set of cards is the same as the print-and-write cards except they have text boxes to type the times in instead hand writing them. This is a Powerpoint file.

Editable Classroom Schedule Cards (Editable Headings and Times)

These schedule cards have completely editable text that allows you to change the headings, add your own text, and type the times in before printing. You can use use your favorite font or following the included instructions if you want the fonts to match the ones on the non-editable cards. This is a Powerpoint file.

Blank Clocks

Blank analog clock cards are included for displaying the time next to your schedule. You can use them in place of, or in addition to, writing the digital time on the picture cards. This serves as a helpful aid when students are learning to tell time.

🟢 HOW TO USE THESE DAILY SCHEDULE CARDS

Each schedule card measures 7" x 3" - large enough for young children to see and read from across the room. They can be displayed in a classroom pocket chart (the kind that holds sentence strip) or on a bulletin board.

Another option is to place a magnet on the back of each card to hang them on your whiteboard or filing cabinet.

Individual Schedule Cards

This resource can  also be printed in a smaller size to provide students with their own visual daily schedule. A personalized picture schedule of daily routines is often an accommodation for special needs students. This resource can help you meet that requirement.

When printing, look for a setting that says "pages per sheet" or "layout". Change it from printing 1 page per sheet to 2 or 3 (depending on how small you want the pieces). If you change to 2 pages per sheet, it will print them half size.

🟣 HOW HAVE OTHER TEACHERS USED THIS RESOURCE?

  • We love this resource. We consult it each morning going over the day and then move them over when we have completed that activity for the day. This visual is great for my EL learners as well as my learners will special needs.

  • Exactly what I needed! I wanted a large visual schedule for my students to reference. I used velcro dots and created a moving arrow so students could see where we were in our schedule. They loved monitoring it. I liked that this resource included many different options. It was one of the best purchases I could have made for my classroom last year and I will use it again next school year.

  • I printed and laminated these. I have used them each year. I added magnets to the backs and place them on my whiteboard. My students love being in charge of moving the magnet down the schedule, so we are all on task and know what we are supposed to be working on. Thank you for the phenomenal resource!

  • I purchased these because my whiteboard was filling up with my daily schedule in writing and I needed something that was simpler and had artwork for my emerging bilinguals. These are perfect! I edited them so it just says the name of what we are doing and then next to it I write the time in Expo marker on the whiteboard. I attached magnets to the back so I could move them around when we have specials. There are a lot of different cards to choose from to complete your daily schedule.

Super cute in my classroom, and very customizable! My kids are able to look on the board and see what we are doing and at what time. I put magnets on the back so if the schedule was to change then I can switch it out!
